Forces Cinemas 'Save' Shia LaBeouf Movie Flop

Forces Cinemas have saved a recently released Shia LaBeouf film from total disaster.
The Hollywood superstar's film made headlines earlier this week by only selling one ticket in its opening weekend.
The SSVC run Forum Cinema in Blandford might have turned the film's luck around.
'Man Down' took a whopping £58 at the cinema for Forces personnel and their families.
While this is modest in comparison to most blockbusters it's more than eight times the amount the film took in its opening weekend.
The film can also be seen at JITG Chicksands or at Phoenix Cinema Falklands.
Full listings can be seen on the Forces Cinemas website: http://www.forcescinemas.com/films/man-down
'Man Down' follows the story of a US Marine looking for his family in a post-apocalyptic America.
Gabriel, played by LaBeouf, and his best friend Devin, are making their way through an abandoned city trying to track down Gabriel's wife, and more importantly, his son, after returning from conflict overseas.
The film explores the mindset and the determination of the military mind.
It also credits an established cast with Gary Oldman, Kate Mara and Jai Courtney all starring alongside LeBeouf.
The production of the film started in September 2014, and its world premiere was at the Venice Film Festival a year later.
'Man Down' was then released in the US in December 2016, grossing approximately $450,000.
