New Political Party For Veterans Has Launched

A new political party for war veterans has launched.

The Democrats and Veterans Party will aim to appeal to people “bonded by their shared values, positive attitudes and sense of service”.

Former UKIP leadership candidate John Rees-Evans is involved in the creation of the new party. 

At the official launch he said:

"we are a group of patriotic men and women who love Britain and are fed up of watching this country go to the dogs".

Other officials include Trevor Coult, who won the Military Cross in Iraq and Former Army Sergeant Major Gavin Felton.
