New Year Honours 2025: Full list of military personnel who will receive awards

Serving personnel and veterans across the country have been honoured by His Majesty The King in the New Year Honours list 2025.
Among the recipients this year, senior Royal Navy officer Judith Helen 'Jude' Terry, who became the first female admiral in the Royal Navy's history, has been made Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE).
Rear Admiral Jude Terry has previously called for a more inclusive environment in order to improve operational effectiveness across defence.
Other notable recipients of awards this year include Major General Alastair Bruce, who has been made a Companion of the Order of the Bath (CB).
Major General Bruce stepped down this year as Governor of Edinburgh Castle after five-and-a-half years in the role.
Jaco-Albert Van-Gass receives an OBE for Services to Cycling. A veteran of Afghanistan, he was severely injured during his second tour after being hit by a Rocket Propelled Grenade.
Following an intense period of physical and mental rehabilitation, Jaco has spent the last 15 years dedicated to pushing himself further, from trekking to the North Pole unsupported with a team of fellow injured veterans, to competing in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games and becoming a double Paralympic Champion in cycling and three times World Record holder.
The oldest recipient in this year's list is Colin Bell, a 103-year-old World War Two veteran.
He was a Mosquito pilot during the war, taking part in 50 missions over Germany. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for his efforts.
More recently, Colin has provided motivational speeches, talking about his experiences in the Second World War.
In the last five years, he has spoken at more than 60 engagements, raising awareness and funding for veterans charities, including the RAF Benevolent Fund. He is awarded a BEM for Charitable Services.
Commander Pete Evans was the Commanding Officer of HMS Diamond during an historic deployment that saw the Type 45 destroyer shoot down nine drones and a Houthi missile.
"I'm incredibly proud of HMS Diamond's ship's company, who showed an incredible amount of professionalism and bravery in the Red Sea. It was their actions which kept the merchant mariners in the region safe," he said.
"We were told to stop merchant ships coming to harm and we definitely did that."
He earns an OBE for his leadership under constant threat of attack during the operation.
Dozens of other serving personnel have also been recognised for their achievements and service with gongs like a knighthood, damehood, or MBE.
