US Expanding Presence At RAF Lakenheath
The US Air Force (USAF) has confirmed that it is pulling out of three UK airbases, including its largest in Britain, RAF Mildenhall in Suffolk.
But its sister base RAF Lakenheath is actually going to expand.
The Pentagon has announced that two squadrons of new F-35 fighters will be based there from 2020 and with them an extra 1,200 personnel.
Forces TV's Emma Nelson has toured the base to see the work being done there.
