Soldiering On Announces 2015 Award Winners
What do the Gurkhas, a group called the 'Guinea Pig Club' and a double amputee military biker have in common?
Well, they were just some of the deserving winners at this year's Soldiering On Awards.
The fifth annual 2015 awards were presented at the Park Plaza Westminster hotel in central London on April 18.
General Lord Dannatt returned as head of the judging panel and - as Karen Atkinson reports - it was a tough job given the calibre of this year's nominees.
"To our service personnel, their families and the charities that support them, you have a special place in the nation's heart. You are an inspiration to us all. You are all winners tonight."
