1 SCOTS Deploy to Bosnia for Training

Alpha Company of The Royal Scots Borderers, The 1^st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland have deployed to Bosnia Herzegovina as part of training for a reserve peacekeeping role. 

The three week exercise is an operational rehearsal taking the Scottish troops from their base in Edinburgh and preparing them for work in Bosnia Herzegovina if they were called upon in times of emergency.
