2 SCOTS Welcomed Home From Afghanistan
More than 400 soldiers from the Royal Highland Fusiliers, the 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland have paraded through Ayr today after their recent tour of Afghanistan.
They've spent the last 8 months supporting the enduring NATO mission in Kabul.
A third of the battalion comes from Ayrshire where 2 SCOTS were granted the freedom of Ayr.
