Army cyclist Claire Fraser has been talking to Forces TV about her hopes for this year's Commonwealth Games and the Olympics in 2016.
Major Claire Fraser, who is based in Gutersloh, is competing in the road race and time trial for Guyana.
And she told us she is confident she is even fitter than she was four years ago at the Delhi games.
