Army Launches New Officer Recruitment Campaign
The Army has launched a new officer recruitment campaign to combat a drop in graduates and school leavers opting for a career as an officer.
Called 'With Heart. With Mind', it's the first new campaign of this type they've launched in eight years.
Only 81 per cent of posts were filled between 2014-2015, whilst a recent survey on behalf of the Army showed that 46 per cent of 14-24 year-olds weren't even aware that it's recruiting.
