Army Training Facility Given 'Outstanding' Rating

An Army training facility in Winchester has been declared 'outstanding' by Ofsted.

The latest inspection found the training across the board at ATR Winchester was at the highest level.

The facility delivers Initial Soldier Training over 14 weeks for Standard Entry recruits.
