Army Training Goes 360
The British Army have released a 360 degree video to illustrate their mountain training in Snowdonia.

"Adventurous training. 1000 hrs. Crib Goch. Follow your instructor. Along the knife edge".

Crib Goch is a particularly narrow ridge within Snowdonia.

The video follows a small string of soldiers as they navigate the ridge.

Naturally, the rotation feature makes the viewing far more immersive than a regular video would.

Viewers have the chance to take in everything around the camera, a feature that works particularly well in the mountainous terrain.

The video ends with the instructor noting that the soldiers completed the treck in good time, despite weather conditions being against them.

Something else that stands out is the wind noises, which must be a little unnerving at that height - good thing we can all enjoy the view tucked safely behind our monitors.
