Athletic Challenge In Memory Of Army Dog Handler
A sports event in memory of an Army dog handler killed in Afghanistan has taken place - possibly for the last time.
The Liam Tasker Memorial Trophy has been contested annually at NATO’s SHAPE military headquarters in Belgium.
Lance Corporal Liam Tasker and his sniffer dog Theo were shot by snipers in March 2011.
Before he joined the Army Liam had lived with his parents who worked at the NATO base just outside Mons.
