British Army Bids Farewell To Fallingbostel After 70 Years

After 70 years, the British Army is saying farewell to Fallingbostel in Northern Germany. 
 
The UK has had troops based there since the end of the Second World War.
 
Forces TV's Rob Olver went to see the last three remaining units parade through the town for one last time.
 
1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards, meanwhile, have also said farewell to the country, which has played host to them for more than 40 years. 
 
They took part in tours of both Iraq and Afghanistan from their base in Sennelager.
 
But as Amy Matthews reports, the regiment are returning to the UK in the next few months to settle into their new home in Swanton Morley in Norfolk.
