The British Army Soldiers Supporting Aid Delivery in Cyprus

Members of 2nd Battalion The Mercian Regiment have been supporting the UN's delivery of aid to a community in Cyprus cut off since the island's division in 1974.

The Maronites live in a handful of villages in the north of the island and are supported by the Greek Cypriots in the south.

Carla Prater joined one of the fortnightly UN convoys to the north.
