Employers Get a Taste of the Life of a Reserve

Army reservists from Northern Ireland have been taking part in a Major Scottish war game.

Four hundred troops from across the province descended on southern Scotland for the biggest joint exercise in over a decade.

If reserve recruiting targets are to be met the military must engage with employers and this exercise provided the perfect platform for those with part time soldiers on their payroll to get a taste of what their staff get up to away from their day job.
