Germany Says Goodbye to Brigadier James Swift

One of the British Army’s biggest formations overseas has been saying goodbye to its present Commander.
 
After two years at Paderborn in Germany at the helm of 20th Armoured Brigade, Brigadier James Swift is moving to a new post in the UK.
 
As he leaves there has been praise from a British General and a local German political leader for his role in improving relations between the Army and the local community.
