How Sandhurst is transforming after allegations of toxic culture

Watch: How Sandhurst is transforming after allegations of toxic culture.

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) says Sandhurst is paving the way for culture change across the British Army after facing allegations of a toxic culture.

The international reputation of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) was tarnished after the death of Officer Cadet Olivia Perks in 2019, and the damning service inquiry report which followed.
