The Commander of the Army's last big military formation to be based overseas, is leaving his post.
Major General James Chiswell oversees the Germany based Ist Division, whose headquarters will move to York later this year.
The general has been speaking to our reporter, Rob Olver about his role, troop withdrawal from Germany and the radical restructuring of the Army.
