Lifeguards and Blues and Royals Kit Ride Pass Out

Below are a selection of photographs from the Lifeguards and Blues and Royals Kit Ride Pass Out on 19th September 2014, at Hyde Park Barracks London.

The Pass out was preceded by a Blues and Royals inspection.

The Blues and Royals and Lifeguards are the two most senior regiments within the British Army.

They both make up the Household Cavalry and are split between the Armoured Regiment, based out of Combermere Barracks, Windsor and the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment (HCMR) based out of Hyde Park Barracks.

The HCMR is part of the Household Division and are the Official Bodyguards of HM The Queen.
