Mental Health Being Tackled in Catterick

A new course that trains people from the military community to become mental health first aiders has been taking place in Catterick.

It is run by "Mental Health First Aid England" and is part of a wider programme being rolled out across the country.

As Hannah King reports, it's also an attempt to spot mental health problems early, so that action can be taken.
