MERCIAN Ram Mascot Turns on Christmas Lights in Ashbourne
Private Derby, the Swaledale Ram who is 2nd Batallion MERCIAN Regiment's mascot, was invited to turn on the Christmas lights in Ashbourne near Derby. The Ram used a specifically designed switch to turn the lights on and was clearly a hit with the locals.
