PARA To Take On Tough Hawaii Ironman
The Iron Man World Championships in Hawaii is one of the toughest sporting events on the planet so it attracts top athletes from around the globe.
Among them this year will be a young British Army soldier.
Lance Corporal Chris Ashford serves with The Second Battalion The Parachute Regiment (2 PARA) and has been training for the event in Cyprus.
