Regimental Rivalry: Cyprus Troops Show Off Life Saving Skills

Troops from 2nd Battalion, The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment (2 PWRR) based in Cyprus have been battling it out for this year’s Spencer Trophy.
 
The inter-platoon competition was awarded to the regiment to reflect the fact it laid Diana, the Princess of Wales to rest after her death in 1997.

This year because of PWRR’s operational commitments the competition has been scaled down but as these troops will testify, it’s no less gruelling.
 
The soldiers' skills - from military knowledge to fitness and battlefield first aid - are all put to the test.
