Reserves & Regulars Work Side by Side in Afghanistan
The Ministry of Defence is keen to attract more reservists as part of the "Army 2020" plan but its efforts to do so have come in for harsh criticism.
Last week a report by MPs said the MODs plan was badly thought out and risked creating 'capability gaps'.
But as Laura Hawkins found on a visit to Afghanistan, most reservists seem to relish their experiences serving alongside the regulars.
