Royal Irish Regiment Prepares For Change

After more than a decade of service in the ranks of 16 Air Assault, the Royal Irish Regiment is changing from an air to a land assault role, joining 160 Brigade.
 
Key personnel from the brigade, which is based in Wales, have been in Ternhill meeting the troops who will be under their command by the end of the year.
