Royal Marines in the Mojave Desert
45 Commando Royal Marines have swapped Scotland's cooler temperatures for the heat of the desert, on Exercise Black Alligator.
More than 1,000 personnel from 3 Commando Brigade have deployed to the Mojave Desert in California for seven weeks of live-fire training.
