Security of British Armed Forces Priority During Camp Bastion Drawdown

The security of British forces based at Camp Bastion will be the number one priority as drawdown approaches.

That is according to the man in charge of packing up the base. Brigadier Darrell Amison is Commander Joint Force Support.

He says they are now two-thirds of the way through shipping equipment back to the UK, in what is the British military’s biggest logistical operation since World War Two.
