Soldier Reunited With Best Mate (His Dog Gunner)

Colour Sergeant Wesley Norton missed his black Labrador Gunner so much while on Ops that he would Skype him from Kabul.

His parents were looking after his beloved dog during his deployment and got them to set up the computer so he could talk to his canine friend.

"My mum and dad were looking after Gunner while I was on operations and my mum would set up the camera and computer so I could talk to him on Skype. I love talking to him and he missed me so much. He's my boy and he always managed to put a smile on my face.

“As soon as I got home earlier this week he was there to meet me. He just went crazy when he saw me get off the bus and came bounding across into my arms. He was so excited!"
