Soldiers Brave Extremes In Askari Storm

The biggest shake-up of the Armed Forces in decades has seen reservists become a firm part of frontline deployments.
 
Forces Network has been given special access as they train alongside regular riflemen in Kenya at one of the British Army's largest live-firing ranges.
 
Archers Post in the Samburu National Reserve has been a British military training area for 60 years.
 
The 90,000 hectares provides a testing environment even for the most experienced regular soldiers.
 
These troops are training in soaring temperatures alongside dangerous wildlife.
 
And as Fiona Weir reports, Exercise Askari Storm is one of the largest ever deployments of its kind.
