Special operations signallers test fitness and teamwork during demanding Battle PT session

Personnel from 255 (Special Operations) Signal Squadron tackled Battle PT as the unit marked its fourth Formation Day at Keogh Barracks in Aldershot.

The physically demanding session placed fitness, teamwork and military resilience at the heart of celebrations for personnel trained to operate in high-threat environments.

The programme continued with professional briefings and collaboration with industry partners, while the Army Sergeant Major attended to recognise the squadron's achievements and its people.

Established as an independent unit in September 2022, the Nato-focused squadron provides secure communications for Land Special Operations Forces, deploying alongside allied units and Ranger Regiment battalions worldwide.
