We Speak to the Next Head of the British Army

In less than six months time Lt General Sir Nicholas Carter will take over as the next head of the Army. He will succeed General Sir Peter Wall in September and will be promoted to General. The current Commander of Land Forces explains what challenges he will be facing when he assumes the role.
