Kate Meets... The Master Of The Royal Household

Vice Admiral (Retd) Tony Johnstone-Burt is the Master of the Royal Household, Her Majesty The Queen's newest and most senior aid.
 
The former Royal Navy officer has been telling Forces TV what he thinks of having the Queen as his new boss.
 
The Master of the Household oversees the largest department in the royal household.
 
He is responsible for a huge range of duties, including catering for a banquet for 800, arranging flowers, managing the wine cellars, furniture restoration and valeting.
 
The role also involves making travel and luggage arrangements for The Queen's numerous journeys.
