Royal Marines recruits have been taking part in the infamous "mud run".
The video shows the potential Royal Marines crawling through thick mud and pushing logs while in a prone position.
The run forms part of training at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines.
The 'mud run' is considered by many who undertaken it to be one of the toughest parts of training.
After completing the messy endeavour the recruits can look forward to a cold hosing down.
