MOD Dismisses Red Arrows Retirement Rumours
The Ministry of Defence has dismissed claims the Red Arrows could be retired in 2020 when the Hawk Aircraft is no longer used. The Sunday Express reported The Queen is concerned the display team could be retired when the Hawk T1 leaves active service. The newspaper claims The Queen would 'shed a tear' if the Red Arrows were disbanded.
