Every day, 22 American veterans commit suicide.

Serving personnel and civilians across the world have been doing 22 push ups every day for 22 days in solidarity with the veterans.

This has started a social media craze that is sweeping the internet and raising awareness of mental health issues among servicemen and women.

Called the '22 kill push up challenge', it's a chance for military veterans to show their support for colleagues with post-traumatic stress disorder.
