ARRC Exercise "Act Of Reassurance" to NATO Allies

For the past month more than 1,500 personnel from NATO's Allied Rapid Reaction Corps have been on exercise in Latvia.

HQ ARRC, which is based in Gloucester, usually trains in Cornwall, but this year it has switched to the Baltics in an act of reassurance to its NATO allies.

Working across bases in four countries, the exercise has been a test for the teams to see how quickly they can deploy overseas and face different mock scenarios under pressure.

Carla Prater has been to see the exercise in action.
