Black History Month: The Teenager Who Left Jamaica To Fight In WWII

To mark the start of Black History Month, Forces TV's Rosie Laydon has been to meet Sam King, an RAF engineer who left Jamaica aged 18 to fight in the Second World War.

More than four million men and women from Britain’s colonies volunteered for service during that conflict and the First World War.

Thousands died and many more were wounded, or spent years as prisoners of war.
