91 year old Bernard Levy was called up when he was 18 years old and became a Corporal in the Displaced persons unit.
They knew many of the survivors were suffering from Typhoid.
Gena Turgel was incarcerated in three concentration camps, survived a trip to the gas chamber and was forced to march between camps in bitterly cold temperatures.
