Inter Services Winter Sports: Ten Years At Meribel

The BFBS Sport and Forces TV team will once again be in the French Alps this week to report on all the action at the Inter Services Snow Sports Championships.

This year they will be celebrating not only the 65th championships, but also the 10th anniversary of the event moving to Meribel, considered one of the best Alpine resorts in Europe.

More than 300 servicemen and women including the Combined Services Disabled Ski team will be competing in Alpine Skiing, Snowboarding and Telemark Ski events.

The RAF men and women were last year's Inter services Alpine Champions, and this year the British Army and Royal Navy's best will be working hard to prize away the coveted titles.
