Military Chefs Go Head-To-Head
The food wouldn't look out of place in a fashionable London restaurant, yet all the ingredients have come from ration packs.
The man who's conjured up these dishes is 5 RIFLES chef, Corporal Basanta Rana.
He's one of 11 Army chefs now serving or recently stationed in Sennelager, Germany.
They've come to prepare for the forces culinary skills competition.
Exercise Joint Caterer starts at the Shrivenham Defence Capability Centre on October 11th and will involve around 500 personnel from all three services.
Forces TV went to watch some of the culinary heroes prepare.
