Snow Patrol: 10 Years In Meribel

This year marked ten years of the Inter Services Snow Sports Championships being held in Meribel.

The French ski resort, which was founded by a British Army Officer in the 1930's, has always had close links with Britain and the Armed Forces Championships went there for the first time in 2007.

Each year more than 300 skiers, snowboarders and telemarkers from the Armed Forces gather at Meribel for a week of competition.

BFBS Sport have been looking back through the archives to bring you the very best, both on the piste and behind the scenes.
