Army Tennis Workout For Inter Services Hopefuls

Players from cap badges across the Army have travelled far and wide to Aldershot to feature in these championships across the weekend.

As well as seeing players crowned champion in their respective categories, including the coveted men's and ladies’ titles, the competition provides the leading army players crucial time on court ahead of the Inter Services Championship in a week’s time.

Preet Chandi is a former Army ladies winner and says the Army championships gives players the ideal workout before meeting their service opponents.

The Army champs conclude on Sunday with the Inter Services getting underway at Edgbaston, Birmingham, on July 31.
