Bouldering flourishes among military ranks ahead of first Inter Services comp

Watch: Military climbers take on problems ahead of the first-ever Inter Services in February.

Military climbers are gearing up for the first Inter Services Bouldering Championships after taking part in the fourth round of the Armed Forces Bouldering League in Southampton.

The sport is flourishing at grass-roots level after bouldering made its Olympic debut in the Sports Climbing events at Tokyo 2020.

The first Inter Services Championships are scheduled to take place on 15 February in Sheffield, where the best climbers from the three services are expected to compete.
