British Army Star Added To England Six Nations Training Squad

"No Hesitation" For British Army Star To Stay At Bath Rugby
British Army star Semesa Rokoduguni has been added to England's Six Nations training squad while Chris Ashton's availability remains in question.

The Saracens winger could be banned for 10 weeks after he was found guilty of making contact with the eye or eye area of another player earlier this month, although he is appealing the decision.

It comes after it was announced that Rokoduguni will be staying at Bath Rugby for at least another two years.

The 28-year-old Lance Corporal from the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, who has one Test cap to his name, has signed a new contract with the West Country side that he joined in 2012.

A dynamic winger, Roko mixes power and pace to devastating effect on the pitch and has scored 27 tries to date for his club.

On the Bath Rugby website Rokoduguni said:

"I had no hesitation in continuing my career here at Bath. My family are settled in Bath, and I’m really enjoying being part of the very talented squad here.

"I feel I’ve developed a lot as player since I first joined, and that’s down to the team and coaches here at Bath.

"I’m excited about where we can go as a team, and I’m looking forward to playing a role in that."
