Dominant Army men crowned water polo winners as Navy women cling on to their title
Both the men's and women's Inter Services water polo championship titles were retained in absorbing day in Aldershot.
The British Army men's team stormed to a third successive title for the first time in their history, backing up a 24-6 win over the Royal Navy with a comfortable 12-4 triumph against the Royal Air Force.
Meanwhile the Senior Service women kept hold of their trophy but only courtesy of goal difference in an open competition.

The deciding fixture in the men's match saw an Army side, fresh from finishing as runners-up in the National Conference Water Polo League dominate their Air Force rivals.
Scotland international Callum Bailey with five goals and a Joe Hood double helped the Army cruise to victory.
The women's decider between the Dark Blues and the Air Force was a far more open fixture. Results earlier in the competition had seen the Army beat the RAF 13-7 and the Navy overcome the Army 16-9.
RAF skipper Maisie Amos put her side in front against the defending champions, but the Navy replied and raced into a 3-1 lead.
The teams exchanged further goals in an exciting encounter with Amos finishing with a total of six to her name.
Despite the clash ending 9-5 to the Air Force, the Royal Navy preserved their Champions status thanks to a better tally of girls scoring across the competition.
