RAF Odiham record three-goal blitz to beat Wittering to win Plate tournament in Oxford
RAF Odiham have won the 2025 RAF Plate competition after a 3-0 win over Wittering in the final.
A scrappy first half saw limited chances but the game opened up in the second period after Tom Cairns' opener.
Aidan Robinson slammed in a penalty for the second before Joe Roberts completed the victory with a long-range strike.

Odiham had beaten RAF Cosford in the semi-finals but struggled to open up their final opponents in the first half.
Few chances came, but in the second period, a renewed attacking push brought joy for the team wearing orange.
Ryan O'Halloran's free-kick was too hot to handle for Wittering goalkeeper Lo Hawkins, and Cairns picked up the pieces to score on the rebound.
Cairns was proving to be a handful for the Wittering defence as he was soon fouled in the box, and Robinson showed ruthlessness to score from the spot.
The icing on the cake for Odiham came when Roberts'’ cross turned into a shot and looped into the top corner for a 3-0 lead.
