One of the forces’ toughest sporting challenges is underway off the south coast of England.
The 2015 Joint Services Regatta is pitching some of the best skippers and crews from the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force against each other on the water.
The sailing competition, which will last almost a week, saw drama right from the start.
