Settling in at the Storm: Army netballer signs for Superleague team

Private Amy Howell has been announced as part of Superleague team Surrey Storm's new signings for the 2024 season.
The Army netball star previously played for the Saracens Mavericks pathway, but has been impressing with her service over recent years.
In a statement on the Surrey Storm website, Pte Howell said: "’I'm looking forward to improving and learning from others in the team."

Meanwhile, another Army netball player, Sergeant Dee Bolakoro, has been named in Fiji's extended squad for the 2023 Pacific Games in Honiara.
Sgt Bolakoro was involved at the recent World Cup in South Africa and has kept her place in the squad for the continental tournament that starts on 19 November.
