Next stop Paris as RAF veteran makes GB Wheelchair Rugby Paralympics team

RAF veteran Stu Robinson has been selected as part of Team GB's Wheelchair Rugby Paralympics team for a second time.
The former RAF Regiment gunner will vice-captain the 12-strong squad of wheelchair rugby athletes who will seek to defend their Paralympic title at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games this summer.
The squad features a mix of five Paralympic debutants alongside an experienced line-up of players who have featured in multiple Paralympic Games, including several athletes who made history with the RAF veteran by winning ParalympicsGB's first-ever gold in the sport at the Tokyo 2020 Games.
Wheelchair rugby made its debut at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics and featured a Team Great Britain squad.
ParalympicsGB has gone on to qualify for every Paralympic Games since, with the postponed Tokyo 2020 Games a historic moment for the side as they defeated the USA in a nail-biting final to win the gold medal.
The epic final victory over Team USA was the second most-watched event of Tokyo 2020 on Channel 4.
