No Sugar-Coating For Paralympians Ahead Of Games

With the Olympians of team GB arriving home attention is now on the upcoming Paralympics.

Olympic rowers have been meeting their Paralympic counterparts to give them some pre-Rio advice at their training centre near Reading.

2012 Gold Medallist, and former Army scholar, Pam Relph is looking forward to getting the Olympians view on what Rio is really like.
"They're going to give you a really brutally honest inside view. They're not going to be sugar-coating any of it which is going to be really useful."
